Role Overview:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization.
Your role will encompass financial reporting, budgeting, and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have a basic background in accounting, financial analysis, and leadership.

Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic financial decisions.
Accounting Operations:
Supervise and lead the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.




Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.
Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses.
Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
Communicate financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience (1+ years) as an Accountant or similar role.
