Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) N
Reporting To: Senior Project Architect / Principal N

nKey Responsibilities

Drafting & Modeling: Create 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.



Build 3D models and renderings using 3d and Presentation Software N
Design Assistance: Support the team in preparing schematic design options and client presentation decks. N
Research: Check local building codes, zoning rules, and material specifications under supervision. N
Coordination: Assist in aligning architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings. N

nSite Visits: Accompany senior architects to construction sites to record progress and take notes.
NSoftware & Technical Skills

Drafting: Advanced proficiency in CAD N
3D Modeling & Rendering: Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Blender. N
Presentation & Graphics: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote. N
