Role Overview:
We are looking for a techno-commercial qualified with solid experience in robotics applications and sales. The role involves driving business growth through solution selling, application support, and managing turnkey automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Provide application and sales support for robotic products, system engineering, and turnkey projects
Identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and drive lead generation and conversion
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
Perform basic robot programming, product demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC)
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and manage end-to-end deal closure
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and execution
Drive sales planning, forecasting, and territory management
Develop and manage System Integrators within the region
Conduct application studies and provide technical inputs for project execution
Ensure effective customer engagement, training,



and post-sales support

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of robotic applications and automation solutions
Hands-on experience in robot programming and application support
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions
Strong negotiation and deal closure capabilities
Positive understanding of system integration and turnkey project execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in robotics / industrial automation sales
Exposure to system integrators and manufacturing clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling projects end-to-end
Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills.
