Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Counsellor to engage with prospective students and parents, provide career guidance, and support the admissions process. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and parents to provide accurate information about courses and services.
Manage and nurture leads through structured follow-ups to drive enrolments.
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Assess student interests and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of all interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

Required Skills:




Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling ability
Ability to build rapport and guide students effectively

Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecounselling, career counselling, or telesales.
Experience in the education sector is preferred. Candidates with a solid sales background in other industries may also apply.
