Job Description – Collection Executive
Location: Morwadi, Pimpri, Pune
Employment Type: Full time
Salary
Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary as per experience and last drawn CTC

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment schedules.
Ensure timely collection and recovery of pending payments.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Update collection status and remarks in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria




HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Ability to manage customer objections effectively.
Experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.
