Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Key Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve business targets through Contemporary Trade accounts in the assigned territory. Manage key Contemporary Trade customers such as Reliance Retail, D-Mart, Spencer's, More Retail, Star Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart, Lulu, Metro Cash & Carry, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, store managers, and key decision-makers. Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, planogram compliance, and promotional execution across stores. Manage distributor operations, inventory, secondary sales, and stock availability. Negotiate commercial terms, promotional activities, and in-store visibility with key accounts. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Lead, coach,



and monitor the performance of the sales team (if applicable). Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and MIS. Candidate Requirements Graduate/MBA preferred. 4–8 years of FMCG/Consumer Goods sales experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Modern Trade channel. Strong experience in handling Key Accounts, distributors, and Modern Trade retail chains. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
