Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Cutting tools or similar products.n
Currently working as Regional Sales Manager and willing to work from Bangalore.n

:Lead and coach Sales Engineers in their sales activities and customers engagemenn
tDrive and execute sales action plan to ensure delivery of resultn
sAccountable to attain Sales Region's budgeted sales value, volume and/or other financial KPIs and goals from direct and end customersn
.Develop Sales Engineers and Application Specialists and ensure they have the right working tools and support to achieve their KPIn
sConduct sales calls in conjunction with sales engineers to key customers and high potential deals, and oversee key and strategic customer projectn
sLiaise and support Sales Market Manager in providing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets for business control reportingn
.Implement Sales Area product campaigns, local sales region strategy, competitive action plan in line with Sales Strategy to achieve DPIN goals and objectivesn




.Keep abreast of customer needs and concerns regarding price, delivery and product offerings to best serve the customer and obtain the most business for DPINn
.Ensure that end-user, customer relations are effectively managed. Maintain active involvement with sales team and customers, particularly valuable relationships and/or with relationships that may be at risk or vulnerablen
.Coordinate and secure technical support at customers and ensure that Product & Industry Segment support function is fully used to support sales and customern
