Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations based on client requirements.
Interpret and understand complex instructions and data to create explicit and engaging slides.
Utilize infographics and other visual elements to enhance the presentation's impact.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all presentations.
Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
Provide support and training to team members on PowerPoint best practices and tools.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and tools for presentation development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PowerPoint Expert or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
Solid design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to create and use infographics to enhance presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge and use of productivity tools such as Macros, Templates, AI tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
