Position: Senior Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control (PPC): Oversee daily plant operations, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to hit output targets. Shop-Floor Leadership: Lead production engineers, supervisors, and floor workers to ensure smooth daily manufacturing. Process Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen to minimize downtime, waste, and production costs. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, and Logistics to streamline manufacturing timelines. * Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to factory safety standards, labor laws, and operational protocols.
