n Responsibilities

Design and develop high‑quality, learner‑centered learning experiences for external audiences, aligned to defined learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standardsn
Execute externally focused learning strategy, producing instructional designs, storyboards, scripts, slide decks, facilitator guides,



participant materials, and supporting assetsn
Develop digital, blended, and instructor‑led learning experiences intended for clients, partners, and ecosystem participants, using established templates, tools, and design standardsn
Leverage AI‑enabled tools to accelerate the creation of draft learning designs, storyboards, scripts, and content outlines, applying instructional expertise to validate, refine, and finalize outputsn
Apply sound instructional and learning experience design judgment to ensure AI‑assisted outputs meet learning objectives, qualified audience expectationsn
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help shape complex, technical, or domain‑specific content into effective learning experiences for external learnersn
Support ongoing curriculum maintenance, enhancements, and revisions across an existing portfolio of externally delivered learning assetsn
