Role Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
Screen candidates and assess them against role requirements
Conduct candidate conversations and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand requirements and deliver quality shortlists
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Qualifications
1–2 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing & screening skills
Good understanding of Boolean search / LinkedIn / Naukri
Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills
Ability to work on multiple roles and deadlines
Strong ownership, follow-up and closure mindset
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
Candidates based in Pune only
Location: Pune
