ePerform redesigns of current production products with component shortage or obsolescence issuesn
.Provide technical expertise for component related issues including alternate component selection for obsolescence issues and assisting on process issuesn
.Provide technical reports and communications to global Watlow team membersn
.Able to work, rework perform test on PCBA and components considering value engineeringn
.Need to be familiar with the PCBA components and the market commodities of the materials to identify the standards parts and whether the materials are suitable or non
tCost down for materialn
sAbility to troubleshoot failed units as needed and provide written technical reports and analysesn
.Train, advise, review, problem-solve, and collaborate with 3rd party development partnern
sWork with Watlow engineering team members on product definition, development, test, QA, deployment, maintenance & supporn
tAnalyze designs and support Design FMEA creation and revisionsn
.Create test plans and test reportsn
