Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled GenAI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Azure AI Foundry to design and develop enterprise-grade AI solutions.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI/LLM-based applications.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval.
Develop GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
Work with Azure AI Search for vector, semantic, and hybrid search.
Develop AI applications and APIs using Python.
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
Implement prompt engineering, LLM integration, evaluation, and optimization.
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
Deploy and monitor AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.





Mandatory Skills
4–5 years of relevant software/AI development experience.
Solid hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM applications.
Solid expertise in RAG.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry.
Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Azure AI Search / Vector Databases.
Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and semantic/vector search.
