In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.
Solid drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.
Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
