Professor: Minimum 10 years of Teaching/Research/Industry experience, including at least 5 years at Associate Professor level.n
Associate Professor: Ph.D. with at least 8 years of experience at Assistant Professor level.n
Assistant Professor: B.Pharm. & M.Pharm./Pharma D.; Ph.D. is desirable.n
Preferred Profile: Solid teaching and research experience, publications, Ph.D. guidance, books, patents, consultancy,



funded projects, and industry/institutional collaborations.n

nAreas of Specialization: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutics.
nKey Responsibilities: Teaching and laboratory instruction; student assessment and mentoring; research and Ph.D. guidance; consultancy and industry-sponsored projects; academic and institutional administration; programme development; research funding; faculty development; industry interaction; and other responsibilities assigned by the Dean.
