Medical Representative

Hearing Solutions (Hearzap) is looking for a driven Medical Representative to join our Feet on Street team. If you excel at direct client engagement, have a passion for promoting healthcare products, and are fluent in both English and Marathi, we want you to drive our growth!

Responsibilities

As a Medical Representative, you'll:
Conduct home visits exclusively to engage clients and effectively promote our hearing solutions.
Travel extensively to promote targeted products and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Operate outside the office, pitching to potential clients to maximize the company's sales of products and services.
Actively participate in camp and promotional activities, focusing on campaigns that utilize physical materials like banners and pamphlets.
This role is distinct from a general field executive position, requiring dedicated travel to find current clients or maintain existing relationships.




Conduct field activities to engage clients and attract potential customers to our events.
Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions for our services.
Your primary goal will be to increase client walk-ins to Hearzap centers.
Be ready to perform all necessary fieldwork with dedication and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi are essential for effective client interaction.
Education: Minimum qualification is Graduation or relevant experience in Marketing.
Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in field marketing is preferred.
Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.
Personal Attributes: We're looking for someone persuasive, adaptable, and creative.
Industry Interest: A genuine interest in field marketing and sales is crucial.

Work Details
Office Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
