Teach across undergraduate and pathway programmes.n
Utilize up-to-date teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.n

nStudent Support

Act as a Personal Academic Tutor.n
Guide students on academic progression and achievement.n
Provide mentoring and pastoral support to students.n

nAssessment & Quality Assurance
n
n
Design, evaluate, and moderate assessments.n
Provide constructive feedback to students.n
Participate in assessment boards and academic quality processes.n

nCurriculum Development
n
n
Contribute to module enhancement and curriculum innovation.n




Develop engaging learning resources for classroom and online delivery.n

nCandidate Profile
nEssential Qualifications
n
n
Master's Degree (MBA preferred) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.n
Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.n
FHEA (or willingness to work towards it) will be an advantage.n

nExperience
n
n
3–8+ years of Higher Education teaching experience.n
Experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing, or related subjects.n
Experience with assessment design, student mentoring, and academic administration.n
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).n
