Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients. N
Assist members with insurance perks, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries. N
Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards. N
Document customer interactions in the system. N
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. N

nEligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility). N
Excellent English communication skills. N
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. N




Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts. N
Customer service experience in BPO is preferred;
freshers with solid communication skills may also apply. N
