nWhat we're looking for:

2–5 years' experience in Business Development within advertising, marketing communications, or digital marketingn
Proven track record in acquiring new clientsn
Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skillsn
Strong networking and prospecting abilitiesn
Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindin
Comfort using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and researchn

nCompensation: ₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives
nThis role reports directly to [leadership/founder] with a clear path to a senior BD or leadership position as you build out the client base.
