Years of experience: Should have 3 7 years of relevant experience post qualification.

Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing.
Assessing recent vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues.
Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
Managing Line workmen and workstations
Knowledge about ISO and quality systems
Japanese practices 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc.
Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis
