NPioneer Media Labs is looking for a B2B Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with businesses seeking digital transformation through websites, branding, digital marketing, AI solutions, and custom software development.
What You'll Do N

Make outbound calls to business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers. N
Introduce Pioneer MediaLabs' services and understand client requirements. N
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities. N
Generate high-quality B2B leads for our sales team. N
Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects. N




Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email. N
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. N
Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly lead generation targets. N
Represent Pioneer MediaLabs professionally in every customer interaction. N

What We're Looking Forn
N
Excellent communicationskills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati. N
Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior specialists. N
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills. N
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. N
Prior experience in B2Btelecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support is preferred. N
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. N
