Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents
Drive sales through agency channel
Achieve monthly & annual business targets
Train and motivate advisors for productivity
Ensure quality business and persistency
Maintain solid relationship with advisors and customers
Support advisors in closing sales
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI Sales (Banking / Insurance / NBFC / Mutual Funds)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Graduation preferred
Local market knowledge is an advantage
