nThis is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you’ll be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and driving growth for BluEarn.

n Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into customers through calls, demos, and meetingsn
Own the end-to-end sales cycle : pitch → negotiate → closen
Understand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectivelyn
Conduct product demos tailored to client needsn




Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clientsn
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversionn
Maintain pipeline, track deals, and achieve monthly targetsn

n Requirements

Proven ability in sales / business development / lead conversion n
Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsn
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidentlyn
Experience in hospitality industry is a big plus n
Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is preferredn
