Help desk tickets close in system.
User Manual / SOP prepare for current object.
Expertise in end-to-end purchase-to-pay lifecycle and purchase master.
Valuable Understanding in master data, procurement, receiving, invoice receipt and matching, payment processing, Inventory management, account assignment, batch management and GST.
Knowledge on SAP MM table and Report execution.
Understand the issue complexity and handle the L0 team
