Job Description
Build, analyze, and monitor Power BI dashboards to ensure successful data ingestion and validation.
Utilize SQL to perform data queries and support analysis for data integrity checks and troubleshooting.
Assist the ANZ team with application monitoring from an App Support perspective.
Track email alerts using monitoring tools for timely file processing, reconciliation, data integrity checks, and highlight any discrepancies.
Actively contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Finance & Payment Operations.
Perform data analysis tasks as needed, utilizing a variety of tools, including SQL and monitoring platforms.
Technical analysis, troubleshooting of the production issues.
Serve as the first escalation point for issues logged by various support teams in the business to resolve complex issues.
Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis of problems and incidents.
