Key Responsibilities:
Guide the team in Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve impediments for the team.
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of ETL/Talend-based solutions.
Required Skills:
Robust experience as a Scrum Master in Finance Domain projects.
Hands-on knowledge of ETL/Talend processes and data pipelines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
