nWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. N
Guide customers throughonboarding and service processes. N
Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines. N
Follow up with prospective and existing customers. N
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. N




Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. N
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. N
Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience. N
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels. N

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. N
0–3 years of experiencein customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations. N
Excellent communicationskills in English and local languages. N
Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite setting. N
Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus. N
