NJob Summary:
NWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive – Sales &Marketing; to join our agile team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business growth, particularly within Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Service-based industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors. N
Build, manage, and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders. N
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. N
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs. N




Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients. N
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. N
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities. N
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and sales dashboards. N
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets. N
Provide regular reportsand updates to senior management. N

nKey Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in business development / B2B & B2C sales, preferably in Manufacturing/ FMCG / Service Industry N
.Robust understanding of local market dynamics in Gujarat regions N
.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills N
.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships N
.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation N
.Experience in managingsales pipelines
