Position: Customer Care Executive

11th June Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass.

Graduate (Pursuing or Completed) can also apply.

Freshers and candidates with 0–3 months of experience are eligible.

Language Requirements Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding insurance-related services.

Maintain accurate records of customer communications.

Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

Desired Skills Positive communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge. Customer-focused approach.

Ability to work in a team workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
