Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with colleges, universities, admission counselors, and TPAs.
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the company's network.
Coordinate with educational institutions for training, placement, and marketing initiatives.
Represent the company at career fairs, seminars, and networking events.
Travel for official meetings and marketing activities as required.
Achieve business development and placement targets.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in marketing, placements, campus recruitment, or institutional sales.
Robust networking skills with colleges, admission counselors, and TPAs.
Good knowledge of campus drives and placement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel. Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided by the company.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
