NRole Overview
nWe are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
NKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processes N
Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations N
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.) N
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboards N
Support budgeting and forecasting activities N




Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders N
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes N

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field N
1–2 years of relevant experience N
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance N
Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems N
High attention to detail and ownership mindset N
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting N
