Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis from drawings.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and BOQs to determine project scope and quantities.
Verify site measurements and prepare client, subcontractor, and final bills.
Monitor project costs, budgets, quantities, and material consumption.
Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, and change orders.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain billing records, cost reports, and project documentation.
Support contract administration, claims, and final account settlements.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure accuracy of all commercial documents.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, or commercial functions in construction projects.
Experience in building/hospital/commercial construction will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
