Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Monitor work progress and report updates to the Project/Site Manager.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
Assist in material planning and site requirements.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and other project records.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the project site.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.

Qualification & Experience




Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in construction or real-estate projects preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
