Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead sales operations across the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in sales, lead generation, and revenue growth, with proven experience in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. N
Drive recent business acquisition through B2B, B2C, and D2C sales channels. N
Generate high-quality leads using up-to-date lead generation and sales intelligence tools. N
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. N
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successfully close business deals. N




Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. N
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals. N
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports. N
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive revenue-focused initiatives. N
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to strengthen business growth. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degreein business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is not mandatory (Candidates with an MBA will be given additional preference). N
6 to10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation. N
Prior experience in theMedia, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Agency industry will be highly preferred. N
