Key Responsibilities
Identify and enroll eligible customers for group loans in rural and semi-urban areas.
Conduct field visits to source recent borrowers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment schedules, and company policies.
Verify customer information through field investigations and KYC collection.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue collections.
Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
Coordinate with the branch team to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

Eligibility
10th pass, Higher Secondary (12th pass), Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Valid driving license and own two-wheeler are generally preferred or required.
