Key Responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end data architecture using Databricks Lakehouse.
Define and implement Lakehouse / Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.
Establish data modelling standards (conceptual, logical, physical).
Implement data governance, security, and compliance using Unity Catalog, RBAC, and data lineage.
Optimize data performance, scalability, and cost across cloud settings.
Enable advanced analytics and ML use cases using MLflow and Feature Store.
Collaborate with cloud, analytics, and business teams to align data strategy.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineering teams.
Review architecture designs and enforce best practices across projects.
