Tender & Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract documents and tender packages to secure the best possible deals from contractors and suppliers.
Cost Control: Monitoring real-time project expenses against the budget, identifying potential savings, and managing "variations" (changes to the original design) and their impact on costs.
