Handle breakfast, meals, and special South Indian items
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Monitor food quality and stock requirements
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements
Experience in South Indian cooking preferred
Ability to handle busy kitchen operations
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
