Making comparative statements,
Construction material purchase required
Preparation of PO, Placing P.Os.,
Booking Orders,
Ensuring timely delivery of material, Coordination with Vendors
checking suppliers bills as per the PO.
Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.
Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
Review deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of any orders.
Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
Produce and maintain all reports.
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
construction material purchase: 1 year (Preferred)
