We are hiring US Healthcare Recruiters with hands-on experience in end-to-end US healthcare recruitment.
The role involves sourcing and screening candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, working on VMS requirements (Vector preferred), coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and closing positions within TAT.
Solid knowledge of the US healthcare staffing lifecycle, excellent
communication skills, and experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter are required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
