Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.




It is key to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
Robust understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in influencer marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging campaign ideas.
Highly organized with robust project management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
