We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Logistics Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently. Experience in India and/or UAE accounting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and journal entries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare MIS reports.
Support financial reporting and documentation.
Logistics
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and customers for shipments.
Prepare and maintain shipping, dispatch, and logistics documentation.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with warehouses and monitor inventory movement.
Resolve logistics-related issues and maintain dispatch records.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
Experience in India and/or UAE accounting is preferred.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
