Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career prospects.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
