About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance operations at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Handle batch release, in-process quality checks, and final product approvals.
Lead internal and external audits and support regulatory inspections.
Manage deviations, CAPA, change control, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, QC, and Warehouse teams for quality compliance.




Ensure proper vendor qualification and raw material quality checks.
Train, guide, and mentor the QA team.
Maintain accurate quality records and ensure timely closure of quality-related activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharma industry.
Robust knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP), and regulatory guidelines.
Hands-on experience in audits, CAPA, deviations, change control, and compliance.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
