Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate database.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Ability to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
