Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a chat support role. In this position, you will assist customers through chat, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat
Provide explicit and accurate responses
Maintain skilled written communication
Meet quality and productivity targets
Qualifications:
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Positive typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Work Schedule:
9.5-hour shift (including breaks)
5 days per week
Rotational shifts and week offs
