Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, designs, craftsmanship, and value to customers.
Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication and product presentation.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Assist with billing, inventory support, and stock management.
Follow company policies and showroom standards.
