We are AVIO, a facility management company managing daily operations for Jeyam Empire, a 169-home gated residential community in Trichy. We are hiring a Community Manager to lead in office operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations across security, housekeeping, electrical, and plumbing teams
Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate and supervise security guards, cleaners, electrician, and plumber
Conduct daily inspections of common areas, corridors, parking, lifts, pool, gym, and amenities
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance work
Maintain staff attendance records and daily checklists
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Handle emergencies and escalate issues appropriately
Communicate professionally with residents and the resident association
Use smartphone-based tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Forms)



for reporting and tracking

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in facility management, property supervision, hotel operations, or a similar supervisory role
Strong communication and people-management skills
Comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting and coordination
Available for day-shift hours with flexibility for emergencies
Based in or near Trichy
