Must have valuable understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies particularly design programs such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash.
Have a valuable understanding of the principles of animation and film making
Have knowledge of drawing and structure & must be creative and passionate about web designing.
Be able to take direction and willing to address constructive feedback.
Be able to manage relevant aspects of production.
Have respect for the procedures and requirements of a particular studio or production.
Knowledge on Graphic Design, Positive Animation Skills, Animation Principles, Maya & other 3D Software.

Functionality can be also added with widgets, themes, plugins, and API integrations. But often, clients need more from their sites-more complex interactivity, filtering, etc.
