About the Role

We're hiring a Channel Partner Sales Manager to build and scale our reseller/referral partner ecosystem — from onboarding current partners to driving recurring revenue through them.

What You'll Do
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers/referral partners) across assigned regions




Own the partner lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, enablement, activation, retention
Drive partner-led pipeline — SQLs, MRR/ARR contribution, partner activation
Run partner training, demos, and joint sales calls to close deals faster
Build partner engagement frameworks and commission/incentive structures
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve partner conversion
Track and report on partner performance and revenue metrics

What We're Looking For
3–6 years in channel sales/partnerships, ideally in SaaS/B2B tech (HRMS, payroll, fintech, ERP, etc.)
Track record of onboarding partners with measurable revenue results
Robust relationship management and negotiation skills
Comfortable owning pipeline/ARR/SQL numbers
Willing to travel for partner meetings and events
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus, not mandatory

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
